Option 1: Premier Check Guarantee Program: Utilizes our dealer-centric I-Tranz Internet web portal to obtain check authorization approvals.
How to process a payment?Simply log in to the I-Tranz portal and obtain instant check approvals directly from the comfort of a PC desktop. Checks are then physically deposited to your bank and, in the event of a returned check, file a claim by uploading a returned check image through the UTA web portal. From the date you upload your returned check(s) to UTA, within 1 week, you will be reimbursed electronically via the ACH payment method directly into the designated bank account of choice.
How to process a payment?Simply log in to the I-Tranz web portal, scan your checks through a furnished check scanning device and input any pertinent data for instant check approvals. UTA automatically batches out your check transactions in the evening and funds are settled to your designated bank account(s) within 1 to 2 business days. In the event of a returned check, there is no need to file a claim as UTA is directly debited for the returned check amount – you no longer see check returns.
Added Bonus FeatureWith UTA’s “Hold” Check program, receive instant approvals and schedule future deposit dates (up to 30 days out). On the specified scheduled payment date(s) of the “hold” check deposit, UTA credits your bank account and debits the customer.
