HOW TO UPDATE YOUR CX30 CHECK SCANNER:
Please follow the steps below to update any PC that uses a Digital Check CX30 to scan check payments.

- The file will attempt to download immediately.
- If you receive the message "This type of file..." click on "Keep."
- If you receive any errors, please contact your IT support staff for assistance; you may need permission to download an executable file.
- Run the downloaded file "UTA_DC_Installation_base.exe" as an Admin (Right-click on the file and choose 'Run as administrator').
- If using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, you should see the downloaded file in the upper right corner. Right-click on the file and select "Show in folder," then right-click on "UTA_DC_Installation_base.exe," choose "Run as administrator," and the file will begin installing.

- It is a relatively quick install. An installation screen will appear, and you will click "Install".

- Once complete, click "Finish".

- One way to verify your download was successful is to check the Certificate for its expiration date.
- The Certificate can be found in: C:\Dcc\AjaxAPI\bin
- Open the file: UTANETDC.crt
- The correct Certificate will have a valid date range of: 9/5/2024 to 10/7/2025

- After the install, please run a test scan with the CX30.
- You may need to close all of your browsers then re-open our web site and try again if you still have errors.
- If the CX30 continues to fail, and you have admin rights, you can try to install the new drivers (The full base install plus the certificate update) here (Click here to download the new drivers)
